Mindful Parenting Courses
Group workshop series (weekly)
Mindful Parenting is specifically designed to train you, as a parent, to support your child's emotional development. This course will provide you with the knowledge and skills to implement the factors that create strong families: appreciation toward each other; frequent communication; coping strategies; having fun together; commitment toward each other; and helping each person grow.
By the end of the workshop you will be using special play times with your child and seeing the world through their eyes. You'll understand what they are thinking and feeling, and you'll be able to make sense of their eye contact, facial expressions, voice tone and body language as well as their words.
