Psychotherapy can be used by itself, or alongside physical therapies such as osteopathy, physiotherapy or yoga. You can use psychotherapy to explore areas that you experience being stuck in, such as your relationship to your body, to work, to intimate partners or family, yourself, or to life itself.
I am a certified transactional analyst (CTA) in the field of psychotherapy. I use TA together with a trauma informed approach to help you make sense of your history and help you make the changes you want.

- how your biography has shaped your biology - the influence of your early life history and any trauma in shaping your physical and emotional well-being
- the influence of your life history in shaping your success and satisfaction in life
- becoming aware of the unconscious patterns that shape your interactions with others
- becoming aware of the unconscious messages in your dreams
- what your body is communicating to you and how it holds memory
